This is our first Winter Holiday Blend. After quite a bit of iterations, we finally settle down this blend for a dark chocolatey tone with a sweet touch underneath. This blend makes excellent espresso (thick and smooth), and also works exceptionally well as Aero Press or other full immersion brew methods (French Press). There is a caramel note in the aromatics that reemerges in the finish and a hint of fruit skins, and citrus rind. This blend is our darkest roast.
